Make sure the bar is set at 12 (it normally is resting at 9). Incline the bench to about 45-60 degrees. Take 5 seconds to slowly make your way up, 5 second hold at the top, 5 seconds to bring yourself down, and 5 seconds of reps (not 5 reps, 5 seconds of reps). Immediately repeat the cycle two more times. That is one set. Should take you 1 minute (each cycle 20 seconds).
