Nyamira County has been known for tea farming over recent times. But, fortunes are now changing for the County that is home to the Gusii people. The story of one woman, Jackline Kwamboka Nyakundi, who took to flower farming has not only inspired farmers to try out the crop, but is now the source of her livelihood. NTV's Aby Agina has her story.

  • @drsugarcane The more intriguing part of it all is that Kenya utilizes less than 30% of it's horticulture potential. The government needs to invest more in projects like these and citizens in the rural areas will earn enough without having to move to the big cities to look for work to earn a living. It's a win win situation. Constructing good all season roads will go a long way to achieve this.
