I now have what may be the only full length copy of the original film/game content. I'm currewntly looking for a copy of the original game script so that someday I can put the entire hour and a half interactive film to DVD with all of the questions in their appropriate spots!

I recently talked to a guy in central illinois
who claims to have a video copy of the hour long original film, should I have him get in touch with you, gamerefuge?

@TNXcrew When I was a teenager I got to play Dragon's Lair, Space Ace, CliffHanger at our local arcade. They were always breaking down( And when they were working, the joystick seemed to not work right the way it was supposed to, very sensitive components). The Arcade owner told me they were also too expensive to maintain, too specified( they were costing him too much dough). I got to finish Dragon's Lair all the way through. The other two were always out of order.

This game's gameplay reminds me of those Choose Your Adventure Books when I was a kid. U pick a solution to a problem u face and either u get a good or bad ending based on path u took.
why did laserdisc tech died so quickly in the arcades??

Possibly because no one really "improved" on the simplistic Dragon's-Lair-style of game-play.
(Dragons Lair game-play was simple: at most junctions there was 1 right move that advanced the story, and 3-4 wrong moves that cost you a life. Simple to play, but once players learned each "correct" move, the game held few surprises.)

Thanks for the comments! The Music was by Jim Ruse and the Chicago based band TRIANON, and the game was designed & filmed by RAMPAGE designer Brian Colin.
