On day 29 we played on a jumping pillow, drove through the aftermath of a cyclone, climbed inside a giant kiwifruit, washed our motorhome and checked out the Festival of Surf Sport.

  • The self-service car wash.. How much did it cost altogether eventually? Just curious if it wouldn't be cheaper to go to a classical one.. :). But it wouldn't be such a good exercise, wouldn't it.. :)

  • @jimaaaa I think we spent $9. I think the regular automatic car wash machines might be cheaper - but I don't think this vehicle fits in them. Also if I washed a small car then it would be quicker, so maybe it would have cost about $6? So maybe it works out about the same.

Form for more than one fruit is "fruits"?

  • @englishwob Quidditch is a game in Harry Potter :) "Fruit" can be countable or uncountable. It's usually an uncountable noun, so the plural is "fruit". "We stopped to buy some fruit." • Pretty surreal looking images of the cyclone aftermath. Lovely video!

  • @EdEditz Thank you :)
