i have learned cooking after coming to USA following most of yout recipes..You guys were really helpful..even now. u give perfect measurments and details. U guys didnt let my husband know that i was afraid of cooking. thank u so much. no words to show my gratitude.
only 1 question i have about this recipe.. why u didnt add chopped onions and coriander powder.. see i have never eaten eggplant before. i m cooking this for my husband hope he likes it.

Give this recipe a try as we have suggested it, the flavors are amazing! This recipe is inspired from Acharai Baingan and you will not miss the onions and the coriander at all. Also, we try to show a variety of dishes with different flavors and if all dishes had all the basic ingredients, then all the dishes will taste the same :)
