@123Justdoyourbest Well, we're really slow subbers haha, and we have a small subbing squad so usually it takes two weeks for us to sub an episode.

@sunikota Yeah I know S.Korea is very heavily influenced by Confucian Ideals, I love how wisely they fuse Culture and Modernism together in a way that none is overridden by the other. Whilst for example, in Japan, modernism has totally taken over the cultural roots of the majority. I think is that capability to keep things balanced that makes S. Korea, in my eyes, a great country. I am saddened every time the roots of a culture are left behind and taken over by less meaningful things.

@sunikota I get the feeling that they're very influenced by what they think the crowd/audience will think on American Idol, even if it's not the right choice. Here they'll have the guts to give rough criticism (the contestants will probably listen if JYP is serious when he's lecturing lol) or eliminate contestants that they feel have no growth potential.

@michina1987 yes, very much. Filial Piety is very strong in Asian culture. Though the concept and practice of filial piety is constantly changing with times, the very basic foundation of honoring parents is still there.
