Close but wrong show...that was the year or two before this one....I know as I was at that show and down by the stage (not filming). I saw all that happen up close...in fact i was right near this guy getting pummeled by skinheads. For these clips, I was in the balcony. This was not the Nazi show....

This was the show where he kicked out the nazi skinheads. So great, the band stopped playing like in this one, and said stop doing that seek help bullshit. Then Guy started saying fuck that roman bullshit. When they started up the fascist arm salute, the whole band stopped playing and said fuck your roman bullshit. (wouldnt even deign to say nazi). Then the crowd started chanting leave, so the band pooled all their pocket money together, and Ian escorted them out and gave them their money back.

I've seen him a few times with The Evens and he seems very happy with the crowd these days.

I did see Fugazi in Detroit, I think on this same tour, and I think he stopped playing twice because of the crowd. 90s crowd-surfing culture was painfully ubiquitous. People have gotten really hurt at Fugazi shows, and I'm sure that is upsetting for them.
