Another point I was going to talk about is an article written by Mrs. Kadivar, an Iranian dissident reformist figure here in London in the E'etemad news paper. I wonder if she knows what a huge misunderstanding she is spreading about, that might light huge revenge and bloodshed. She is dealing with fire and religious hatred here.

Her husband Dr. Muhajerani knows well that some of her assertions are quite erroneous. They are both in exile here in London and I wonder how she is giving food to nourish the Mullah's regime. She has said that the possible sources of the attack are: The Sunni minority in Iran since they had two of their priests hanged in Southern province of Baluchistan last week,

so they are revenging. Another option are the Baha'is who had been under an adversary propaganda from the same Centre where the explosion took place, so they took revenge, and last The Wahabbis who are a branch of the Sunni sect based in Saudi Arabia, who were likewise criticized in that Centre.

I must say here to Mrs. Kadivar that I am surprised how she could conclude this with respect with the Baha'is since she herself is from Shiraz and must know well the Baha'is. Baha'is do not do terrorist acts, they do not take part in politics, they do not seek revenge. They do not murmur like we Muslims do, they do not tell lies. A Baha'i student could easily lie about his beliefs and enrol in the universities and even get generous scholarships. But they do not do that because they are believers at heart.

Dr. Muhajerani can confirm me in the manner and the ethics of the Baha'is. I am myself a Muslim, Shiite, and have come across many Baha'is in different places all my life, for instance in the parties, as much as you insist to invite them, they never touch any alcoholic beverages, then I tell them you are the real Muslims, not us.
So you should take them out of your possible strikers at the Mosque.


The Sunnis would neither do that. They never attack a place of worship. This is certainly an act of the government or their rogue groups to cause this apparent confusion. This has happened in the past when government agents blew the Imam Reza shrine in Mashhad to blame the Mujahedin for it. Later the ousted intelligence agent Saeed Emami said this in his memory book.

I am not defending the Baha'is or making propaganda for their beliefs. I just say that what she is asserting is far away from the truth of the Baha'is.
Not even the al Qaeda would have done it because they are a protected terrorist froup in Iran. If they wanted to harm Iran, they would have done a bigger thing. They know how to do it.
So please Mr. Kadivar update your article and exclude the Baha'is as well as the Sunnis from this theory.

All the Iranian know fully well that Baha'is do not use revenge or violence. We do not believe in killing and terrorizing people. Our only purpose is to have UNITY.That is Baha'u'lla's message. I am tempted to simply mail the transcripts of the year-long conversation I've had defending Islam from just one person to the Muslim clergymen and ask them what they think of it.

Jorji, thank you filling a void for this American Baha'i. 3 years ago my dear friend Alex Rehayam died hours after returning from the Neby Conference. He was my confidant for truthful, insightful answeres to the many questions I posed regarding the asundry aspects of Islam.

The Guardian strongly encouraged American Baha'is to Study Islam to be empowered to educate and vidicate the truths of that Great Faith with our fellow countrymen.

How ironic some leaders of Iran see a friend as enemy.
