Ok thx for your help. I will have to make it very big as I have two hyperactive Norwegian forest cats. Worlds biggest non hybrid domestic cats. At least I think so.

@boblarsonexorcism That's cool. Our material cost was less than $200. It took a weekend to build. Our cats are not very energetic, but they'll occasionally rediscover it.

can you post some instructions (materials and sizes) please. desparate to make a wheel like that

@punkicat We guessed at the sizes of most of the things we used for it. As a result, some things were a little off, like the 4 bolts going through the wheel stick out the back a bit. One material that may not be obvious is the plank they run on is luan wood. It's very flexible when wet.
