Whats private invitegetor? I haven't heard such a position exists in Kenyan laws. Does any one know this??? If the structure is illegal and was built without planning permit, it ought to come down but ONLY after it has been ordered by competent court of law. Not Kanjos with their corrupt kangaroo courts.
