This is part of our yellow belt system. These are a few simple moves, like on you tube or my website. I teach the military/security services as well as individuals. To me a fight is a fight and Jujitsu is Jujitsu what ever label one wants to put on it..This is basic stuff for people to add to their style. To see what we are about, come and train with us or ask a student. I am holding a seminar in Orlando next year which you are more than welcome to come to (google Optimum Force 2010).

Hi Again,
Yes my students are trained with nunchuka, but not in kata forms, purely in self defence techniques. They are taught to defend against knives, sticks etc and to throw lock and strangle.

Hi, Yes we have weapons training within our normal training sessions and a specific weapons training session on the last Saturday of every month after class. We train with both traditional and modern weapons.
