It dissapoints me when people get the martial arts confused with acrobatics/cheerleading. Although impressive, there's no power, self defense or even martial technique involved in cart wheels, backflips, twirling and swinging your arms around really fast

You know... a belt is a simbol that shows your rank and means blood, sweat, and tears to the holder. I see many little youngsters that hold a black belt. When I think of black belts I think of great martial artis, but when I see them wearing them they begin to loose meaning.
