@MariosHH So that's why most shower heads that can control the flow, don't turn off the flow entirely. I always wondered that and now it makes sense. Thanks for sharing that info!

Waterpik offers a hand shower that is 1.5 GPM, it's called the echo flow, and I heard it works great.

Great video, Speakman Showers offers an even lower flow 1.5 GPM version for more water savings, I believe it's up to 40%, definitely worth a look.

i enjoyed the video, informative

Got the delta low flow.... figured out that it punishes you with pins and needles when you turn up the flow.
Turn it down and it's fine.

Comparing a $50 to a $15 showerhead you would expect a bit of a difference. Many of the low-flows sting. Glad you found a good one.
But just a general plumbing tip Tom. Don't shut off the water entirely after the valve control. You will cause cross flow. Cross flow will waste energy by pushing hot water down your cold supply, or cold water down your hot supply. Look it up.
Nope. I measured with a bucket.
But yep, this has to be THE WORST video I have seen in a long time, too. But I am not making fun of Delta's shower heads, just pointing out that there are other good options.
I write much better than I video :-)
