@trackgirl175 Don't tell that to the shippers - unless you got decent Life/Health Insurance under your belt. Truthfully, I just wish other shows incorporated the same level of depth/creativity as ATLA/Korra.

@worldends08 Yup. And there's way more to the show than the ships. While I absolutely love Aang and Katara together, I also love how awesome Toph is, and Sokka's boomerang, and Iroh's love of tea, and how complex all the characters are...yeah. It's a great show, and frankly, the romance didn't play all that much of a part.

@trackgirl175 I get what you're saying; I hate to base the quality of a show primarily on how the ships turn out in the end. (It's always "SEX APPEAL FIRST; then we can worry about how we're gonna tie the knot between these two lovebirds.")

@Chprdhrv Uh, the creators have called Aang and Katara's relationship the "DNA" of the whole show...in fact, the show was originally supposed to be focused almost entirely on the two of them (Sokka was originally a minor character).
I always saw Katara and Zuko (after she stopped wanting to kill him in his sleep) as good friends. Zuko obviously loved Mai, I don't see how he could ever leave her, especially not for Katara.

@Chprdhrv No, no, no. That is the weakest "evidence" ever, basically. Zuko went with her to find the Southern Raiders because he knew where to go. Aang wouldn't go with her because he knew she needed forgiveness, not revenge--and he was right, of course. The rest of your argument isn't even worth my time...let me know if you want Kataang references, I've got plenty.
Sorry about my sass, it just really irritates me...Aang and Katara together is what Bryan and Mike intended.

@huskycommander Nether Aang is only 13 and Katara is 15 just two years a part (don't go all technical on me!). But you where joking (my friends and i joke about this all the time) when i explained it my friend she referred to it as an epic win. I don't know why either.

@Chprdhrv Zuko and Katara were both equally mortified at the very suggestion of them being together. And for the Ba Sing Sei cave scene, Bryke themselves stated it was Katara's motherly instincts that took over. Unless Zuko has some sort of Oedipus complex, this isn't really much of a hint. Zuko took a mini-field trip with everyone (except Toph) and I think we can all agree that ZukoXAang and SokkaXZuko are not canon.
