Verity Africa spent some time with Youtube sensation Cara Titilayo Harshman. Titilayo is a University of Wisconsin journalism student who studies Yoruba. She moved to Ibadan, Nigeria to fully immerse herself in the Yourba culture. When videos of Titilayo speaking fluent authentic Yoruba hit the web, it immediately went viral. Here she is interacting with folks at Lagos market. :)

Well done Titi. I am a Yoruba, yet I cannot speak it as much as u. Have you ever thought to come and teach yoruba here. The young generation are losing part of their culture ie. there is no emphasis on learining the language. please keep on uplaoding more and more videos during your visits. We look forward to viewing them!
