  • ps: are the last 5 minutes missing on your copy too?

  • @WeirSpirit

hmmm? The last 5 minutes? I dunno, I haven't watched the DVD in years...

    :)

PS I actually saw this when it was broadcast on public television. As a very young Floyd fan I was totally blown away.

  • How can I get the rest of this video??

And Robnaylor55-that must have been awesome. I have always wanted to go into a club of coffee house and do some extreme retro floyd/Barrett like Wined and Dined and Cirrus Minor and just see how people react. Just think about how valuable this piece of video is. So obscure but so amazing.

  • @goodbyebluesky1000

the KQED video An Hour With Pink Floyd used to be quite easy to find on the web, the copy I bought was quite professionally (and I assume not quite legally) made.

    :)

  • die hard fan van pf maar dit nummer had ik nog nooit gehoord weet iemand op welk album dit eventueel staat?

  • @ThePeeterd

The studio version is found on the 2 lp set "Ummagumma"

De studioversie wordt gevonden op 2 lp " Ummagumma"

  • aww, I like to fell asleep listening to this gem

  • A great memory.. Just beautiful.. These guys are great individually, yet they became more than the sum of their parts. This version of Grantchester Meadows has become one of my all time favorite Floyd songs, like most of my favorite PF music which comes out of the Syd Barrett and pre DSTOM eras. Nothing wrong with the later stuff either.. I just like the sometimes raw feeling of the earlier music.

  • An amazing song by a great band

  • Great stuff, those days can return, should apetures reopen.I built a stone hut in Franklin Mass.

1972. You had to find your way in darkness to get to my fire. But we didn't have ipods! Didn't need them, the memories of Early Pink Ployd scared you deep enough to last a lifetime...

  • @charliegrs It was a unique era, mescaline warriors I guess. While we enjoyed them, they were already stuck in time, our now. But, I love this song,

  • This is poetry!

  • hey how can i get this version on my ipod? its so chill whith gilmour singing the chorus, way better than the ummagumma version honestly. I still love ummagumma though ahha named me first bowl after it

  • @snapsoidpablo1 I used to think the same thing. Its not like they couldnt, they are both still alive. And not completely adverse to playing together.

  • I love Gilmour singing in this!

    Beautiful voice!

  • We want Gilmour and Waters together one more time.

  • has anyone else noticed how ginormous those hands are on roger waters?

i mean, seriously. he's got hands the size of an outfielder's glove!

  • BEEN THERE!
