My Blog: http://www.buildingbodies.ca

Since this video, I've REALLY noticed how much fat effects my ab definition. I no longer add fat to anything.

This may be the start of some more "raw vegan bodybuilding" articles. I say "raw vegan" because that's the label put on it right now. In reality, it's just eating food the way it comes... except for the rice protein... Protein has been a long time habit :-)

  • hi man! how much year you are vegan? vegan bb?

it is interesting for me, because im vegan more then 5 year and just now what to get some pretty muscles)

  • @s3t0fu It's been a year and 3 months and now I've just started adding in more whey and brown rice shakes (brown rice all the time was expensive) and also eggs. So I'm not longer strictly Vegan or Vegetarian and do a "Mostly Plant Based" approach.

  • @buildingbodies what is the main reason for doing non-vegan diet ?

btw, the muscles in video was builded on vegan diet?

    thanx for fast answers!

  • @s3t0fu Switched over after taking a deer in the woods and watching a couple videos on slaughter houses. This video is a couple weeks into being Vegan so NO the muscles were built on heavy training and the zone diet mostly. 30 gr of protein and complex carbs every three to four hours.

  • The difference between your competitive body building pic and you body now is amazing! You look great! What kind of oil is it you used in this video..it was hard to understand.

  • @Zipemova1 Thankyou

  • @vaporsofgold True and false. It is true that you will never build any muscle regardless of what you eat. It is true that our best food are the things created directly from nature. It is true that you can survive on prana, cosmic energy, chi, whathever you want to call that kind of energy. But you can build your chi and also feed yourself with the most powerfull leafs, fruits, that nature create so you can benifit from both. Is like having 3 energy bars, sun, chi and food (raw)

  • im raw vegan to, i recomend eat spinach for greens (it contain natural steroids) eat 500grs a day (your main salad) and use what bees create bee polen, nature create it, to me is the best protein i have ever used!

  • @buildingbodies oh nice man hahah try this 1 or 2 bananas almond milk and 1 or 2 tablespoons of hemp seed protein blended up sooo good dude trust me i have it after a workout fixes me right up or instead of hemp try your rice :)

  • @vaporsofgold Looks like some good research going to happen with those suggestions. Thankyou.

  • @cripwalkerss I tried the hemp and it works in the shakes nice.... brutal by itself with water though because it's so grainy. I like the brown rice protein in straight up water for its mix ability.
