The USAF only flew the T-38 as a trainer. It has no combat capabilities.

Sorry - didn't really answer your question. Yup, they are still flying strong as trainers at UPT bases across the United States.

After four years of college, officer school, T-6 academics and flights. Then you move on to fly the T-38.
