RLJer Almost Gets The Pedestrian

It was a very strong headwind all the way in this morning but that's no excuse for not stopping at a red light. This cyclist made it particularly unpleasant as they came so very close to hitting a pedestrian trying to use the crossing. Terrible cycling!

If you don't RLJ then you won't be penalised. Follow the rules and there will be no need for anyone to challenge you. I'm with Zildjian285 on this: it is those who break the rules who make it harder for everyone else.

To answer your 2nd point, take a look at watch?v=A3RJxIh495g "Anyone Care To Guess Which Pedestrian Is Going To Run Out In Front Of Me" for an example of people crossing without due care and attention.

@Zildjian285 - Believe me I hate when people do that, but its idiots like you pointing it out, so the gov does something about it which penalizing the rest of us. To the creator of the vid, try showing peds walking out into the road without looking because the only need to hear traffic or when a ped see the light turning green, sees you setting yourself to go, but still crosses, or how about c. London when going thru traffic and people are running out from behind buses. Get your priorities right
