I think I'll hold off on that DLC when it comes out, mainly because I still need practice at the game.

Hero's Blade (rare version of Mom's Knife); at full HP shoots a beam as well as the normal shot.

I had the WoB as Blue Baby on the first basement item room. I went on to get Poison Touch, Dead Bird, 9 lives, and Brimstone. I gained health until I had 17 soul hearts at the Womb (Yes, 17). I sucked so much, I was pinned in a corner on spikes by Goblins, and had 3 hearts after. Slow Brimstone killed me. Shit. FMI. (F My Isaac)

I find this funny.. I got 5 dollars in the play-through while I was playing alongside you. I wish so very dearly I'd recorded it.

He has more time tabbed on this game, and only around McMillen does he know what any of the items do.

SO on this playthrough you picked up: Dr. fetus, mom's knife, whore of babylon, the book of revelations 9 volt combo, brimstone, and plenty of great passive upgrades. You essentially got every item you always say you want in one playthrough and you still lost...this game
