If we put aside our desire to play "hang the heretic," then we'll see that he's actually CORRECT. The scriptures teach that Christ's gospel or "good news" was about the Kgdm of God or literally, the "reign of God" on Earth. (See Mat 4:23, 9:35, Mk 1:14-15, Lk 4:43, 7:22, 8:1...)
The Kgdm of God and Kgdm of Heaven were similes... Kind of like when we say, "we have a message from the president," and "we have a message from the White House."
Nothing heretical here. Just out of the box thinking.

Following jesus is not just about stop swearing, not drinking alcohol and attending church.
Religion of christianity preach that but Jesus' kingdom is much bigger.
i recomend you to re-visit jesus and study about him.
