  • @daisycutterz Hm. Interesting. I thought it might be designed to give people with a false sense of superiority yet one more thing that was always meant to be a frolic so that they can do that thing they do so wonderfully: assume everyone who likes it doesn't realize that, thinks it's the height of intellectualism b/c they're dumb and doesn't have the intelligence to even dream of having such amazing tastes as they. I'm sure you've never liked anything that wasn't 5 star rated by trusted critics.

  • @thewickedfae Haha! Actually, I just found it annoying that society is being dumbed down more and more every day with more and more stuff like this. It seems to me that it is now becoming popular to be stupid, just look at Sarah Palin, she could actually become President of the USA! Honestly, I almost never agree with critics. Enjoy your show!

  • @daisycutterz Something being based in reality now doesn't automatically make it part of the dumbing down. People don't admire/wish to be like Karl like viewers of Jersey Shore or whatever might. They also usually aren't seeing him as someone to beat down. He has a unique and humorous way of seeing things. Many comedians couldn't think of a quick take/comeback the way he can. Humorous is humorous. If you hate it, fine, but to say it's actually making people dumb is ridiculous.

  • @daisycutterz And just for shits, I disagree about Sarah Palin having a shot at the presidency. Her own party is starting to tire of her and separate itself from her. Fox News has even had issues with her. She's way overexposed herself. I don't think her party actually liked her to start with but it got them some airplay. Now they're trying to shake her off. She's constantly toying with the idea of running just to keep her groupies buying books so she doesn't have to get a proper job again.

  • @daisycutterz Did it ever occur to you that Karl is a hit because he tells the truth? Because unlike the bullshit that is churned out by the USA i.e. Jersey Shore... and the Kardashians, this has actual comedic value, and Karl doesnt bullshit the public, if something is shit, hell tell you..

  • @daisycutterz Funny, most the people i know that watch this show all have degrees and are all highly educated.. So we`re not that stupid...

  • @daisycutterz ur d

  • @daisycutterz Oh so you felt smarter after watching it

  • @thewickedfae also, you are right about Palin not getting "elected" she didn't do to well on her trip to Israel.

  • No, not automatically at least. I suppose I have not seen enough of the show to make sweeping judgments of it like I did. Do you not think that Karl's example could make one of his viewers more likely to act like "An Idiot Abroad"? Is it cool and okay to be an Idiot? is that who we have represent us abroad? I know its just a show, so whatever. About Sara Palin, its not like you really vote in your elections, all that matters is that the public will accept them as their leader. Idiot or not.
