I still support amnesty done correctly and I still support suspending certain parts of IRCA. IRCA effected USC's at least as much as immigrants, perhaps more and in a negative way? IRCA makes every small business person responsible for the Soveriengty of the United States while the acting President sues a U.S. Governor for enforcing Federal Law? The whole things a GAGGLE! That's without discussing 50 millions abortions and a Corporate desire to improve bottom line growth and EBIDA by importing the necessary cheap labor? The whole thing was un-American from day one, Reagan admitted it was his biggest mistake. He was right.
