TR3 Thames Wharf Stairs Embed Bug

Bug type reported by T0mbr4id3r. This can save 8 seconds in a secrets speedrun. The starting position was achieved by facing straight against the wall, side-stepping against the step and stepping back once; turning to that angle enables the bug every try. Run forward and turn left after you hit the wall.

You can probably save a flare cancel by jumping on the slope, since it's one click high.

@xXApelaumXx If you did that, I think you'd lose time sliding off the slope, and you'd end facing the wrong way (you want to jump to the crane next).
