Canon 24-70mm L F2.8 USM - Video Test 720p 50pfs - Canon 7D

Picked up a new lens today! Had been wanting to invest in some L series lenses now and maybe move to Full Frame Cameras in a year or two. Though this would be great for portraits on the 7D and a good all rounder if I invest in full Frame.
This is just a quick video taken out in the snow in Yorkshire. It is definately a bit shakey so apologies for the quality but it was just to get an idea of it's sharpness and colour reproduction on video. This is definately a lens that you will need steady hands for, or to shoot on a Tripod (the latter will have to become a must with me!!).
Thanks for viewing. I hope to do more with this lens (mainly flash photography, and will keep you updated with videos and pictures).

I'm thinking to buy Canon 60D or 7D for filming. I would like to have wide-angle lens for filming movies. So the smaller mm (focal lenght) is the wider the picture is?

@weeq326 Yep. You might want to consider the 17-40mm f4 for wide and medium focal lengths.

try to avoid using 50 fps unless you are slowing down the footage please
