This is a very difficult great exercise to work your core while you hold the plank position.

Requires a free motion machine with both arms on the low position. You can do it one arm at a time if you only have a low cable.

If you perform this by yourself grab a bosu ball and place it a few feet away from the free motion.

Grab the low cables and walk back and form the plank.

Lift one arm at a time off of the BOSU and perform a lat pull. Remember for a lat pull your arms should be at least inline with your body or preferably above.
