yeeeh used to do this with my old boss in his old gym shit is intense, try crouching both ur legs at the same time for more of a over all core workout, i couldnt walk for a few days

Mount that tire securely so that the center is about shoulder height, then swing right handed (like a baseball bat and put your hip into it) explosively for 10-15 seconds, switch to left handed swing and blitz for 10-15 seconds, then switch back and forth quickly until 3 minutes is up. Take 1 minute rest and repeat this cycle 3-6 times for amateurs, 10 for pros. Then work the heavy bag for 3 minutes (without the hammer). This will build explosive trunk rotation power for all power punches.

@Bodybuddha yes and shoulders as well. Its a similar motion to a right/left cross so it helps with that punch.
