These AD's are in fact becoming very retarded.
The truth is that Windows 7 has many new features & a more colorful user interface than Mac does.
Mac OS 10 (referred to as Mac OS X) version 1.0 was released back in JULY 2001! and they eventually upgraded themselves to what can be referred to as version 0.6 in July, 2008.
Very little improvements have been made since.

not really. I have 4 gigs of ram, dual core, ATI Radeon graphics, for 700 bucks on my HP Pavillion. Apple just uses vertical integration which allows them to up the price because you can't get Mac OS unless you buy a Mac. I really don't give a damn, because I can use the same or similar programs on a PC and save money.

the truth is that macs are more expensive and are less compatible than a PC. You wouldn't be able to transfer all your files, because there would be programs that macs aren't compatible with. This ad is retarded.

You see, the prices in the US store is without taxes and stuff, so the price diffrent is very small in the end. As people sed before, you get what you pay for, my Macbook pro is the best thing i have ever bought.

VAT is hardly 40% but rather ~10%. What is this extra "stuff" that makes up the remaining 30% ?

That's what I said..
$995 + 10% tax is $1095 which is still considerably less than $1400. So what motives that extra $300?
