This is my entry for the music-video-contest on thinkwithportals.com.
I think it used about 20 hours in two weeks or something... hard work :3
killed my real life in this time ^^
It's about 4:30 minutes long so, with 12 pictures per second i had to draw about 3.200 pictures...ok, a lot of the scenes are time-stretched, without any animation or looped, but i guess that i drawed at least 1.500 pictures myself.
Yep, my room looks really like this :P
Story (spoiler):
Two unnamed stickfigures living in an uncoloured world discover the "real" world (there are colours, of course). But the evil hand that is living there catchs them and puts one of them into a bottle and throws the other one back into the stickfigure-world (which is in the PC).
This one in his own world is sad and escapes from there to rescue his friend.
Therefore he breaks the glass of the desktop so that all the colours flow in the stickfigure-world. He succeeds in rescuing the other stickfigure. Together they go back in their own world. But now, there are colours everywhere and in the real world there are none. HAPPY END!!!! (with playing Portal 2 in a PC in the world in a PC....)
PS: Thank you Valve for this great contest!
Best Developer ever.
PORTAL2NATIONALEXILE
This is a refreshing break from all of the portal-related videos in this contest, especially the gameplay videos. It's a cool animation that could easily stand on its own.
I especially liked the 3d effect in the early scenes. My only complaint about anything in this video is that some backgrounds (especially the portal box room) looked kind of sloppy. Great work, though.

@MetricInchworm
thank you =)
the 3 seconds animation of the 3deffect took me 1 hour xD
and you are right, i should have been more patient at some scenes, i guess.
