@Reagzz Ummmm. I'm not quite sure what you mean but I think your referring to the earthly flavour.
It's when you cover the hangi with earth, that the steam from the earth when cooking gives the food that traditional earth flavour.

i live in goldcoast australia and these things are just everywhere, it's so awsome to see. my partner insisted to get one so i contacted your australia company in melboune and talked to dominic what awsome service, and recieved the cooker and hubby was over the moon, we cook in the mkc everynight almost... just cant get enough...

hey mate. just wanna say what a great invention you have done. i use my cooker every sunday for family night, and we have tryed so many difernt ways of cooking, it just amazes me what you can do with it. it very easy to use pack it up turn it on and let it do what it dose best. and mate it's cooked to perfection. cheers doug

also forgot to add, my whanau's marae's will be in contact with you guys, about getting a bunch of these awsome cookers, through out our maraes, these cookers are just KA PAI man, quality fantastic product highly reccomend.

i have 2 multi kai cooker's 4 basket family and a deluxe, ABSOLUTLEY love this product, it is so easy and fast to use, and with the beautifull kai pai Maori hangi flavour, my whanau just loves having a cook up with this fantastic product cheers doug and the MKC crew theas nothing else better teno pai..Reihana Whanau
I still like the old traditional way. It's got that earthly flavour to it.
