zelcevm: i understand where you're coming from, maybe thinking that you'll reinforce your fears and make them stronger by speaking them aloud. but i see it more as a way of confronting your fears in the same way as you would a bully in the playground. by speaking them aloud you're saying to your fears 'you're exposed, what can you do now, is that really all you have...?' you might be surprised at how they diminish. best wishes.
