@NotYetFamousIndiana Pacquiao has accomplished more in Boxing than Mayweather. There are many boxers who have retired with a perfect record but that doesn't make them the greatest of all time. Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson, George Foreman, Ray Leonard, Marvin Hagler, Archie Moore, Roy Jones Jr. Joe Louis, Julio Cesar Chavez, Muhammad Ali, Ray Robinson, Roberto Duran. All of these fighters had loses, because they stepped in the ring with the best of their time. Something Mayweather refuses to do!

@818...If the love of money is a motivating factor of Mayweather wanting to fight Manny, well, maybe he will share some of it with poor fans like myself if he wins.I agree, though, that one should consider the concerns of the fans more than self concerns. If this is the case. God knows.
If he doesnt want to fight the best, all that hard work he's putting in, all that time in the gym, all those punches thrown, all that shadow boxing, all that running, all those sit ups, all that rope jumping... the man is wasting his talent.

@monkeymanflex1 If your referring to Pacquiao, Pacquiao will fight anyone. He would fight Mayweather in a heart beat, too bad Mayweather is setting up roadblocks. Hell, Manny's camp was even considering Sergio Martinez. Now that's one tough dude.

@818...There is no question Mayweather is aware of Pacquiao's power and speed. I just saw a video where Pacquiao said he is willing to fight anybody. However, there has been no contract signed by neither party. The bottom line is, both parties should simply agree to the fight. I really can't say what is in the hearts of both men. Either the fight will happen, or it won't. You have the right to feel that Pacquiao should not have to submit to Mayweather's request. I feel the fight will happen.

@eosaph123 Well, for the sake of the fans, I hope it happens. Altough a lot of money is involved in a mega fight like that, I doubt Manny is eager to fight Mayweather since Pacquiao makes money on all of his fights. Mayweather on the other hand, he needs the money more.

For the record, although, I am a Mayweather fan, I am nonetheless honest enough to admit that, Pacquiao has exceptionally great talent, and I feel he would serve as one of the toughest fighters Mayweather could possibly box in this era. However, I feel that Pacquiao has yet to encounter such a strategic, scientific, defensive fighter as that of floyd Mayweather. I decided to not allow my emotions to get in the way of my making a rational opinion, even though what I feel is not conclusive.

@eosaph123 If Manny had ever tested positive for PEDs in the past, I would agree to have him submit himself to Olympic style drug testing, but just based on Mayweather's accusations, like you said, because of his ignorance, I don't think Manny should submit himself to Mayweather's demands.
How come Mayweather didn't request Hatton or De la Hoya to these type of tests? Because he wasn't afraid of their speed, power. He was confident in himself, not the same with Pacquiao.
