You can do that to any game... just go to Nvidia control panel and activate 3D vision on LoL... thumbs up so everyone can see.

This is totally real :) I'm using a GeForce GTX 650 2GB, and a pair of goggles that i made into red and blue 3d glasses.. to make the glasses, I bought 1 blue and 1 red Broad sharpie.. the right eye is blue, and the left side was red. I had to put red on the outside and inside of the goggle.. blue just on the outside was perfect :) The game is amazing like this.. except that it's kinda hard to tell who is the other team at first, but still looks great :) Call of duty looks way better though.
