Rebuilt 305 Small Block Chevy FOR SALE

I just rebuilt this 305ci Small Block Chevy out of a 1984 chevy 1/2 ton pickup truck. This motor is for sale I am asking $750. Price is negotiable. The engine was completely disassembled and all parts where cleaned. I replaced the rear main seals, main bearings, rod bearings, oil pan gasket, piston rings, timing set, head gaskets, valve stem seals, valve cover gasket, carburetor, exhaust manifolds (with headers), intake manifold, water pump, fuel pump, thermostat, and a couple of other things but thats most of the major stuff. THE ENGINE TEST STAND AND RADIATOR DO NOT COME WITH THE ENGINE. I am only selling the engine with carb, headers, and starter, and so on. lol....the 305 was a gas saver v8, and the 350 is the power house....why build a 305 when you can build a 350 for the same price, theres no replacement for displacement

Jeep makes good rock climbers Chevys make good mudders Ford Makes Best Hauler. Everyone has there only You have no facts supporting GM is the best considering it was made to compete with ford..... Hands down Ford Has Best trucks and that's all i care about. They all have been wacking it out for years.

@Deciblaster Highly Arguable Statement GM makes the (Second Best) Cars... Ford Majors in trucks but they make shitty cars.... as well for topple over SUV's they just about stop making the explorer Because it has high topple over rate. Which is why they made the Ford Escape. Wider Base body more stable on all 4 wheels Explorers are very narrow and high. Honda Makes the best Cars for (Speed) Chevrolet is the best for (Show in small trucks) S-10 looks better hands down then ranger.

wow so mutch drama over a 305 305 great engine but like texassince said there is no repacement for displacement and a sb 400 is also a great engine have built several dont over heat if you drill the steam holes out in the heads and the deck over all bowtie is the way to go better throttle response and less slow degrating wind down lol choke on that ford guys
