  • I have had this happen, it's a baby, just turfed out of the nest. The beak open and the noise it was making is the same thing they do when they are begging their parents for food, lol. He thinnks yer his uncle!

  • @MJKAJK Thank you, fellow raven's uncle/aunt. In five years, you are the first to have shared a similar experience. Cheers!

  • why are you negotiating with a bird? lol just wave your arms grab your bag and hide

  • @linaBmathers And scare off an amazing experience? Where's the fun in that? Hide? Really?

  • Here's an unusual question: did he "smell" in any way. My crow smells like a crow :))

  • @Raptorel Yep. Smelled like a raven. Earthy, perhaps a faint whiff of straw/grass, certainly not unpleasant. Fun question!

  • Not to be weird, but you have a really nice voice. No wonder that crow was so chill around you.

  • They're shameless scavengers to the core.

  • It was blinking at you, that is the bird way of saying I trust you.

  • this is hilarious. it should be on america's funniest animals or something.

  • @jamesisthebe if you look at the tail, it's round, not hooked, round tails are crows as far as i know

  • This is a young juvenile raven a highly intelligent bird as you can see by the video

  • @elvenwoor It's a raven, a crow would never get that close to a person. If you want to know the differences between them you can watch: youtube.com/watch?v=guBwMUAWAJI
