Joy To The World -- Christmas Night 2011
Organized by UTAR Christian Fellowship (Perak Campus)

Does the phrase " Joy To The World" sound familiar to you?

"Joy To The World" is a Christian Hymn more commonly known as a Christmas Carol. Written based on the Bible verses in Psalms 98 that speaks of our worship to God, the same verses also sings of God's return to this world when he will judge the world and its people.

"Joy To The World!" The Lord is come;
Let earth receive her King;
Let every heart prepare him room,
And heaven and nature sing,
And heaven and nature sing,
And heaven, and heaven, and nature sing.

"Joy To The Earth!" the Savior reigns;
Let earth receive her King;
Let men their songs employ;
While fields and floods, rocks, hills and plains
Repeat the sounding joy,
Repeat the sounding joy,
Repeat, repeat the sounding joy.

No more let sins and sorrows grow,
Nor thorns infest the ground;
He comes to make His blessings flow
Far as the curse is found,
Far as the curse is found,
Far as, far as, the curse is found.

He rules the world with truth and grace,
And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness,
And wonders of His love,
And wonders of His love,
And wonders, wonders, of His love.

Christmas is a time of celebration, a celebration of a time of birth.
The birth of someone by the name Jesus Christ.
Jesus came from Heaven to save His people.
He came and lived a life without sin,
was crucified and died on the cross.
After three days he returned from the dead and conquered sin and death.
And through His victory over sin and death,
we are saved from our sins.
So come join us in this celebration of victory and find out what Jesus has done for You.
