http://www.cleancruising.com.au/ship.asp?ship=RCIMAJ - Entering service in 1992, Majesty of the Seas at 73,941 GT carries 2380 passengers. Its extreme makeover in 2007 saw refurbishing of the pool decks, all public areas, restaurants, shops, centrums, and cabins. Additions included Johnny Rockets, The Compass Deli, Seattle's Best Coffee, Freeze ice cream, Boleros (Latin night club), rock-climbing wall, swimming pools, whirlpools and an even an open-air basketball court. Moonlight and Starlight are the new main dining rooms, and the atmosphere is celestial. A poolside barbecue is scheduled one night on each cruise and a barbecue on the beach in Cococay. One of the prettiest rooms at sea, the Spectrum, is a sprawling lounge and bar. The Chorus Line theatre presents the company's production shows. Other on-board distractions are Casino Royale, the spa and beauty salon, and the ShipShape fitness area. Majesty of the Seas has two pools and two Jacuzzis. Children and teens have ample dedicated facilities and activities. These cruises attract the younger set, first-timers, those on a budget, and others just wanting a short break.
