With the game coming to an end, Gabriel Obertan beats a defender to the ball and sends a cross into the box to Michael Owen who skies his chance. Manchester United won 2-1 against Barcelona at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.

  • The worst United number 7 in history!

  • His done the place he can still finish is on fifa12

  • @LFCTraynor why would his actual finishing get any worse? Inzaghi is still as good a finisher as ever at 36.. You don't seem to get it, sure rvp rooney aguero etc are better footballers, but not better finishers, for me the best FINISHERS in the league are aguero hernandez rvp owen, and thats based purely on chance to goal conversion, and putting defoe in the bracket of being better? gimme a break he is woeful, and your comment about "under pressure... very rarely", thats completely made up

  • @LFCTraynor again... I never was arguing him to be one of the best strikers... I am talking purely finishing... you keep missing that. All your other point irrelevant to this debate.. I never said there weren't other attributes needed to be a top striker.

And c'mon league 1? Please don't be ridiculous. A club such as everton fulham etc would be perfect for him

  • @LFCTraynor i'm not on youtube every day of my life.... And his pace, skill etc is irrelevant when I am talking about the art of the one on one and finishing in general. So therefore he is indeed still one of the best finishers, i.e. converting the chances he gets, in the league, he is better at one on ones than rooney drogba etc.. I didn't say that makes him a better player, but at finishing, yes

  • @LFCTraynor You are an idiot if you think suarez, anelka rooney drogba don't miss one on ones... you're ignorance genuinely hurts me.. watch football for once, and actually accept he's still in the top 3 finishers in the prem, and haha again, you try to use his goal scoring record as an insult, 16 goals 15 starts.. now please do yourself a favour and leave

  • Owen was a great player, golden ball, he doesn't have to proove anything

    But the narrator..... jajaja

  • @USAFSmiley87 How would that have helped beat the defender? If the defender can't deal with a bouncing ball to clear it away, what chance does Owen have at it?

  • @LFCTraynor He doesn't miss one on ones, what striker can you honestly say does the same?

  • @LFCTraynor no i'm not "messing", your arguments are ignorant and unfounded, check how many chances the top guys need to score, your precious suarez is sik on the ball yes but is by no means better than Owen at finishing. Now i know your bitter, but its been 7 years, time to move on
