On the weekend I found the two CD's of photos that I took in Hong Kong using my first digital Camera, an Olympus C2z. I was surprised to discover that I'd also have some video clips, each 14 seconds long, no sound and a lowly 320x240 resolution.

  • is Tuen Mun the poor area?

  • @scvs2 surprisingly no. I don't know if things have improved now, but Tin Shui Wai was pretty bad socioeconomic-wise.

  • Looks like a nice spot, open, modern & uncrowded. Thanks for sharing mate : )

  • @MicknFumi Thanks Mick. Tuen Mun should be a lot busier now as the amenities improve and more people move to the area. However, I went back to Tin Shui Wai in '07 and it was as quiet as when I was last there.

  • @stuffnnonsense It looks really nice...a friend of mine married a Chinese lady a couple of years ago & we plan to all visit China together one day. I'm really looking forward to it : )

  • @ClaudiaNihon Thanks Claudia. At the time, I'd just finished 3 months of work experience. I'm aiming to travel at least once a year. Next week I'll be going to Canberra for a few days.
