So many people are unemployed in America when they could be hired to help TALK to customers on the phone (no computer voices). I HATE computer voices so much. I have to resolve an issue with my bank account. I attempted to call customer service, but they transferred me all over the place and had me wait for 15 minutes before I finally hung up and said f*** it, I'll just walk in there and talk to someone. That way they have no choice but to talk to me, human to human, no computer or long waits.
