So people can just riot and kill people if they feel they are mistreated?
-
markfeng66 nobody is disputing that they are rioting. The only pertinent question is: why? Is it a spontaneous act of evil? Because the only relevant thing, as far as most Westerners are concerned, is that it would appear that an awful lot of Tibetans don't want to be part of PRC. This is the only relevant thing. We don't care about China having an historical claim to Tibet - if that mattered to any of us, Britain would still be fighting to reclaim its 13 colonies in America.

That's funny. You just choose to ignore the fact that these rioters were utterly violent and had even commited murder. Does it matter who put it out? So if the biased CNN showed you the same violent footage, it would be more convicing?
THanks for that input too. lol

markfeng so for you it's definitely the officially sanctioned news of the Chinese Communist Party. Thanks for that input.

This one is for Andoo12:
Japanese limit my culture but gave food and railroad? I think they limited our population by the nanking massacre. I didn't know they built a railroad there after the massacre and gave food to the dead people. maybe i should go learn about that.

Or maybe you should just believe this video footage, which clearly shows the violent acts of Tibetan rioters.
CNN got caught for editing violent rock throwing rioters out of the picture while only keeping the military car in the picture? Hey I wonder why? Didn't fit? haha? And there's a second shot of the photo; it shows the military vehicle's windshield broken. Wow that didn't show up on CNN, what a surprise?
Blah blah blah...let's give the Dalai Lama all his slaves back so he can live a life of luxury on the backs of others. Whose freedom should we really be talking about?

The freedom of people who want self-determination. If you're going to argue that they would worse off under the DL, it's nice of you to say that on their behalf. Pity they're not allowed to speak for themselves though.
