MILEY CYRUS POSES TOPLESS? (4/27/2008.)

EDIT: SO after reading all of the hundred of email's I've gotten today from people yelling at me for "hating" on Miley , i've just like to say this, Miley Cyrus/Hannah MonWHATEVERtana needs to get her Disney Channel contract ripped out of her hands, and torn up in her face. They need to clear out all these stores that sell her merchandise. I'm so sick of walking into a store, and being ATTACKED by Hannah Montana items everywhere I go. I never agree with O'Reily , but at least he's making a press conference about her skankissh pictures so honestly, we all know she's just another Lindsay Lohan. She's 15 years old, that needs to be treated like a 15 year old. Her and her money - hungry father should not be getting any more dough. If there was away I could stop HER I would. So I guess after her third public apologies, all you fanatics are still going to back her up. SO parents all I ask , save your children , teens, save your younger sisters ..and brothers , I guess :'D You can all hate - call me , I'm sticking to my words.

The Hannah Montana star has issued a statement exclusively to E! News about her provocative pictures in Vanity Fair. In the new issue, the 15-year-old Disney sensation appears to be topless. News of the spread was first teased by Entertainment Tonight.

"I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed," she says. "I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.'"

The Disney Channel is also defending its beloved starlet, telling E! News "a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines."

This is just the latest photo flap for Cyrus. Last week, pictures surfaced that looked like the squeaky-clean tween queen flashing her green bra and posing with her boyfriend. Pics also circulated online in January of Cyrus frolicking on a hotel floor with a female friend. She said those photos were just "two girls at a sleepover."
