MEET ADAM BURT

Adam Burt was born in Brooklyn, New York, and at the age of three moved to California where his family eventually settled in Torrance. He had an interest in dance from a young age, but instead pursued competitive martial arts and became the assistant captain of his high schools drumline. After being elected president of a small dance club at his school, his enthusiasm for dance grew, and he joined Beatniks Dance Team in October of 2008. Consequently he fell in love with dance. Through Beatniks he was introduced to the world of competitive dance team and the dance community. After a few months he moved on to join the 5th generation of Underground Dance Team in Irvine, California, and became a member of Team Boogiezone Offspring earlier this year. At 17, he is currently a senior in high school and is looking forward to graduating, going to college and majoring in journalism, and pursuing a career in dance. One of his goals is to get signed to an agency and as an aspiring writer and producer he hopes to see people dance to the music that he has composed.
