It's a TV with PiP (Picture in picture). Computer connected with Wii showing in the upper right corner.

As stated in the description this is not an emulator. It's just to show how easy it is to make something that looks like one.
Your best bet would be to try out Dolphin. A Gamecube emulator with some Wii support. You ought to find it with google. I doubt it's any good yet though. And if it is it would still be a pain to set it up due to Wii using special controllers and stuff.

you people dont get it, its a dam wii connected to a dam pc via Scart, its not a dam emulator -_-

It's actually even simpler. It's connected directly to the TV using Picture-in-Picture.
I was actually planning on making it look like it was a Commodore64 emulating a Wii just to prove a point.
