Center for Leadership Development (CLD) is a community based organization with the mission to foster the advancement of minority youth in Central Indiana as future professional, business, and community leaders by providing experiences that encourage personal development and educational attainment. If you are looking for a program to get your student focused on high school and/or college graduation, CLD programs are what you need.
With 16 different programs and initiatives for students 4th -- 12th grade, CLD can begin to help build your students drive and focus for their future where they are right now.
Each program is facilitated by volunteers who are degreed professions.
Center for Leadership Development has been in existence for 35 years and has graduated over 9,000 students from our flagship Self-Discovery/Career Exploration project.
We have 21 college and university partners who earmark scholarship dollars for graduates of CLD.
