Just at the beginning is where she sounds like Amy. But once you get to the chorus, that's where it doesn't sound like her.

Also look at bands like Elysion! If that was case you'd critise them for being like Evanesence. This genre has existed for a while and yes Evanesence may have brought it to height but other bands have the right to play in that style 2. Stop being so immature one minded and listen to a genre we all obviously love. Even though Amy Lee is amazing!

I don't see how there could be a problem with this band being similar to Evanescence, they are called "We Are The Fallen" because of Evanescence's debut album, and because three of the members are former Evanescence members who feel as if they've been shafted by Amy Lee. Whose fault is was does not matter, they helped create the sound of Evanescence so they have as much right to perform music that way as Evanescence does. How can you rip off what you helped create?
