All fighters have to take a blood test 30 days before the fight and immediately after the fight. If Manny is on steroids, he would have been tested negative by now. The whole Mayweather "take the test" movement was about making Manny take a blood test 24 hours before the fight. Manny said that would weaken him but would be willing to take a blood test 14 days before the fight. Mayweather wouldn't concede so the fight never happened.
