The M&M Game

Video of a game that I started playing with my soon to be 8 year old daughter. She has been playing organized sports for about 2 years, but doesn't quite give a good effort all of the time. (But is always first to the after game snack table!) Pretty common for kid's her age. The purpose of the game is to help her begin to learn the process of focusing in on her goals and realizing it is only through that focus and hard work that she can start turning dreams into realities. Will she make every shot, probably not. But the thing she can do is give a good effort each time. That's all I'm looking for at this stage. Hopefully that comes across in the video! (Note: We have played a couple of times before and she has received her fair share of M&M's.)

Very Dynamic! I love how you about teaching Kaia (and the world through Kaia and YouTube some of life's greatest lessons such as focusing on a goal, not caring what everyone else does or says, and that attitude is so important.
