You found a dyson in the trash!!!!!!!

@Parwaz786 No you didn't give it away. Your dad smashed it because you were crying...

You just need a flat tip screw driver to pop it off after you remove the brush roll I have to take my dc07 all floors apart some times be cause my clutch makes a loud noise and I have to check that some times it not hard to get apart though

the dyson full kit was sold only by vacuum dealers. That's the way its supposed to be. when that unit came out dyson was unknown. there as a good chance that that unit has a good panasonic motor in it as opposed to the crummy ydk motor

Okay. So this would be one of the earlier dysons, then? Good to know it probably has the better motor.

the reason that it has that color is cuz its the full kit

I know that. It's just not a very common one to come by. Normally you see the Animal or the Origin. The Full Kit isn't even listed on the Dyson website.

I figured it out. The main problem I was having was getting the brushroll housing off. I didn't want to break it, but it turns out it just snaps in. I got that off, and I'm actually going to be working on it in a bit. I'll let you know if I run into any problems.
