this really pisses me off looking at this video.... so many rappers spend money on cars and gold toilet seats... and that shit could help hundreds of famililes in africa... it also embarrases me because im black and this gives racist ignorant people a good way to divide black people into thinking we all have aids

There's a lot of sad stuff on here about Aids in Africa but for some reason I think this is the saddest one i've seen. A lot of things are more graphic and disturbing but for some reason the sight of that little girl who's so tired she falls asleep while she's eating just makes me so sad.
